"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" -Martin Luther King

LIVED SEEKING JUSTICE-
KILLED BY THE CUBAN REGIME

Mario Manuel de la Peña (1972-1996)

Born in New Jersey to Cuban exiles, Mario fully appreciated what it was like to live in freedom. His strong convictions led him to help rescue those desperate to escape the Castro Regime. This act of humanity led to his murder, which was directly ordered by Raúl Castro.

Mario was a peaceful man, who cited "injustice" as the only thing he hated. His favorite quote, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" from Martin Luther King, captures the essence of what this international commission seeks for victims like him,  of the Castro Regime.
